Now that the weather is warming up in my area I'm having a bit of an issue deciding on PJ's. We've had them in Sleep-N-Play's since day 1 at night and they seem to do well.
My problem is that DS is off the size charts for his age and he is getting ready to bust out of all his 6-9 jammies. I don't want to fork over a bunch of $$$ for more SNP's if he'd be perfectly fine in a onsie but I'm worried he'll get too chilly. We keep the thermostat around 76 and it stays cool in their room.
What do you / will you put LO one to sleep in in the warmer weather?
Re: What pajamas does your LO sleep in?
A couple of weeks ago I bought a couple of pj outfits on clearance at walmart. They were $3/set because they were "winter." I figure penguins saying "chillin'" and polar bears will be cute when it's 115 degrees outside! Haha!
Seriously, they are 2-piece organic cotton, short-sleeved with long pants. Like this. I need to get a few more pairs, but I think I should try them out first.
I don't think they even sell SNP's after 9 months. Seems like they go to 2-piece sets once you hit 12 months.
Thanks so much for all the responses so late at night! Nice to know lots of you just pop them in onsies. I admit - DS seems happier during the day just in a onsie or ever his diaper.
I'll have to look into those sets at Walmart. That's where we usually get all the sleepers but past 6-9 months there isn't anything!
Dang, I'm sorry! That sucks. I absolutely hate winter and I'm so glad it's starting to get warm again. I'll take the heat any day.
