update on bbq pork!

So I mixed some diced sweet potatoes and black beans into the pork. I added some more bbq sauce and a bit of orgo ketchup and wooster sauce.

I decided to make empanadas! So I cut out circles from pie dough and put a little filling and a sprinkle of sharp cheddar in to each, folded and closed them then egg wash.

They are in the oven now and smell awesome.

    I should mention you definitely need side dish if you are having for dinner. if it's a snack no worries, but I had a couple for dinner and was starving an hour later.
