I am trying to figure out these needles I've received and am calling tomorrow, but if you ladies have insight, I'm grateful for any input.
I'm used to:
22g1.5 (mixing needle)
27g.5 (SQ inject)
25g1.5 (IM inject)
I received:
22g1.5 (mixing needle)
18g1.5
22g1.0
25g5/8
For Menopur, hCG trigger, PIO.
Thanks!

18g1.5- OCH big needle but could be used for IM but I would use to draw up the PIO
22g 1.5- A much more humane IM injection needle
25g 5/8 - SQ
Good luck

I believe we used the 18g 1.5 to draw PIO and 22g 1.5 to inject.
I remember really small needles for my sub-q shots - only 1/2 inch long. I am assuming the 22g 1.0 is to mix the menopur and the 25g 5/8 to inject.
I would guess that the hcg triggger would be like PIO, since it is an IM shot (at least mine was).
Hmmm 1" seems so short to me for IM but it makes sense qty wise.
I was thinking the 18g was to draw PIO, 22g1/0 to inject. And the 25g for SQ. Cornell like their needles fat.

Thanks, you're sweet. I have no less than 70 sitting here. I use about 15 per cycle. What the heck! I have 222 alcohol prep wipes and about 90 syringes.
I def used 27 to inject sub q....25 seems big.
I would call back and ask, seem more painful than needed!
