S/O allergy meds-How long for it to work?
I'm heading out to get some children's Zyrtec (the Walgreens brand

For DD it helped her marginally shortly after she took it. But for the major symptoms (congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes), it was a couple of days for it to build up.
ETA: we use the generic version too and it seems to work just fine.
