I'm seriously in a healthy lifestyle funk after seeing I haven't lost weightin two weeks, BUT I am going to kick ass this week and make that scale move next week.
You can do it! But, remember, it's also about the lifestyle change and the physical activity and how you feel, not just the scale ... that's what I keep reminding myself anyway.
