    I'm seriously in a healthy lifestyle funk after seeing I haven't lost weightin two weeks, BUT I am going to kick ass this week and make that scale move next week.

  • You can do it! But, remember, it's also about the lifestyle change and the physical activity and how you feel, not just the scale ... that's what I keep reminding myself anyway.
