Pediatrician? Brandon Area

Hello!

I am looking for recommendations for pediatricians in the Brandon area. My husband and I are adopting (waiting to be matched) but I wanted to start interviewing pediatricians. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also would like to hear if there are any to stay away from.

Fibroids discovered and removed October 2005. Pathology came back with suspicious results (potential cancer) and had a partial hysterectomy January 2006. I still have both ovaries. September 2009, DH and I travelled to Mumbai, India for gestational surrogacy but it didn't work. We tried again September 2010 and it didn't work again. By this time we decided to expand our family through adoption. Home study completed February 14, 2011. Matched with a birth mom August 1, 2011. Match failed September 8, 2011. Matched with a new birth mom January 2012. Our baby boy was born March 6, 2012. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I highly recommend Dr Hough and  Dr Johsone(sp?) off John Moore/Parsons just past Lumsden headed towards 60;they were my pediatricians when I was an infant. They are both still practicing and are very thoughtful and explain everything that is going on. I will be taking my LO to them once he is born.

    I second Pediatric Health care alliance!!!

    Dr. Jeansonne is amazing! I also like Dr. Hough but I see Dr. J more (well I did when we lived there, and when DD gets sick when we are there visiting)

    I like all the dr/nurses there. Sometimes their wait times are bad, but that's because they discuss things and actually talk to their patients/parents. They answer every question without making you feel stupid for asking.
