I love Simone! Completely underused IMO.

If I could get hubby to agree to it, I'd use it with a family name. He doesn't like it though.

I agree with this. OP, are there any family names that mean something to you or DH, that sound good with Simone?

DH's mom's name is Geraldine and we might have considered it with a different FN, but I don't like the way that sounds with Simone.  Other than that, we don't have a lot of family names we'd consider.  Our families have been largely dominated by males .
