Quincy Pediatricians & Drop-in Daycare...

Any recommendations? We just moved to the Wollaston area and won't need daycare regularly but are looking for a safe place when needed.

I'm also looking for a good pediatrician. Our old place is way too far away since we moved. Our baby is 6 1/2 weeks so I'm anxious to move to a good practice ASAP. Thanks!!

Crown Colony Pediatrics, and the best way is the call your insurance and see how is covered. My doc is in Weymouth if you are interested. It is the next town over. I am not sure about day care. thanks

I just signed up for Dr. Angus at Crown Colony after hearing so many good reviews. I know there is a daycare place in Marina Bay and also one right on the main road of Wollaston Beach but not sure if they are drop in.

Can't help with the daycare ( didn't know daycares even offered a drop in option) but we live in Wollaston as well and go to East Milton Pediatrics, which is on the quincy-east milton square line and we love it. Its actually where I went as a child and where all of my 12 nieces and nephews currently go. My daughter is a month old now but was born 4.5 weeks premature and so we have had a lot of interaction with the office already and I have been completely pleased. We see Dr. Sisson but have heard good things about all the Dr's there. Good luck.

We've had great luck w/ all of the Harvard Vanguard's in the area (Quincy, Braintree, etc.) if that helps to know...

As for drop in daycare...the only one I know of around Wollaston (I work in that area) is Bright Horizons (my company has back-up care as one of our benefits - it's amazingly helpful!!) We use the one in Crown Colony (sometimes the one in Braintree, if they're booked up). When they have availability (maybe 50% of the time we need it), they are great! We've had nothing but good experiences there.
