Spitting up

So over the last week, DS has been spitting up a few times a day. Just a couple teaspoons at a time. It would have been a normal amount when he was 3 months old, but until recently, he hadn't been spitting up much at all for a couple months.

Does this sound normal to you?

If Isaac only spit up a few teaspoons a few times a day I'd be doing back flips. And not nearly as much laundry...

It doesn't seem abnormal to me but I've probably got a skewed version of normal

My mom tells me I'm the one with a skewed version of normal. She says my sister's kids spit up a LOT after every bottle. She makes it sound like it was 4 oz for a 6 oz bottle, but I find that hard to believe.

The only reason I think it's weird is that he hardly spit up at all for about a month or two.

Honey, you're kid will be fine.  My DS spits up constintly all day long.  My carpet is stained, his clothes are stained, and well, some of my clothes are stained as well.  Now that he is older he is now spitting up chunks of food.  Its pretty nasty.  I believe your Mom when she said that your sister's kids were spitting up 4 to 6 oz.  Mine does the same thing.  It is horrible.

Sorry to sound so negative, but I'll tell ya...you've got it easy.
