For those of you still exercising, do you have BH during workouts? I was pretty active through the first tri and admittedly slowed down during the winter. We got so much snow it was hard to get out, and I wasn't faithful with videos at all. In the last few weeks as the weather has improved, I have started getting back out, but have been getting really strong BH that actually make me stop because it's hard to take a breath my belly is so tight. I'm just walking at a moderate pace. I try to make sure I'm well hydrated prior to beginning and don't go too far. As soon as I get home and sit down the BH are gone within maybe 5 min.
I'm not a worrier and because they stop when I stop being active I didn't see a need to call the dr. I see her next Monday anyway. I was just curious about others experiences. Any tips? TIA! And I apologize if this is a huge paragraph, my iPhone sometimes does that.
Re: Workout Question
yeah, all it takes for me to start getting them is simple walking
so i can't imagine doing anything else strenuous. i try drinking plenty of water beforehand etc, but it seems unavoidable.
not to mention that my joints are becoming super inflamed. i can't walk everyday or else my knees will feel like they're going to explode by the end of the day...
I also Jazzercise. I actually teach. I'm officially on Jazz maternity leave starting May 1. I am doing more and more low impact since about 2 weeks ago.
My tip: where a support belt and stay super hydrated.
If I don't do these things, I can't make it through class.

OMG! I just started getting side stitches last week. They feel like water cramps. I've been active throughout my preg and frustrated that I can't even walk without getting a cramp. I'm not sure if they're bh, but I do slow down and just listen to my body.
This morning all I could do was take my dog for a 3 mile walk. Mind you, I usually run 3-4 miles a day, not walk! during the walk I had to stop a few times too. I figure at least I was able to work out for the first 30 weeks and if I have to take it down a few or more notches, that's totally fine
I'm glad others are having this problem too. I thought I was going crazy.
