Did you have to pay for yours? When did you go get it?

I have to pay $25 for DS and I haven't gone to get it yet. Partly because I'm lazy but mostly because I haven't needed it yet.

We have to pay 11$ for a certified copy of DD's. I haven't gone to gotten it yet, because we haven't needed it.

I don't recall the exact cost but I think it was under $20 & it was mailed within a month after we did it (which was a few days after DS was born). Same with his SS card, it came within a month also.

I forgot how much we paid for ours. But we got ours right then and there.

I think it was around $20 per copy. We ordered two copies because we lose *** like crazy over here. They came within days of ordering them.

I know we have to pay but I have yet too. Shoot lets be honest I haven't even gotten a copy of our wedding certificate.

I THINK our first copy was free, and the second copy was 15 or 20. But I'm not positive. I think we got 2 certified copies, but honestly can't remember.

We paid $12. I just had to fill out a form that I was given in the hospital and send it in. When it came the first time, it was actually wrong! It had DH's age at the time of LO's birth like 3 years off. So I had to send it BACK and a correct version finally came in the mail about a month ago.
