Wonderful Birthing Affirmations...

I just came across these birthing affirmations, and thought I would share with you all. I think they are wonderful and empowering. I'm putting them on the wall beside my bed so I can learn them and repeat them to myself in the last stages of my pregnancy.

For some, these might be too "hippy dippy", but I thought I would throw them out there incase at least one of you found strength in them.
