FET #2 this month - what do you count as "Day 1"?

I usually have brown bleeding/light spotting on Day 1-2 of each cycle and then heavy bleeding for about 3 days after that. We are on track to do FET #2 this month and I started with the light spotting/brown bleeding today, do I count that as day 1? I don't want to be to anxious and start my medicines today,...but I also want to do it right.

My nurse told me bright red bleeding would be considered day 1. Good luck!
