Moro reflex?

My DS still has a moro reflex once in awhile.  He's almost 5.5 months...  should I be worried about this?  I'll definitely ask his dr about it at his 6 month appt.  I know they say it should be gone by this age but DS was a month premature and has generally been a month behind on things...is this something that he could just be behind on?  I'm a little worried after doing google searches.
