Magic Sleepsuit

Please tell me about this Magic Sleepsuit. We are still swaddling because the little guy loves it. I'd like to transition out of the swaddle at some point, but since he loves it that makes it hard. I've heard about the Magic Sleepsuit, but does it really work for you and your LO?

We called it her "Randy Suit":

 

"I can't put my arms down!"  LOL

We only needed ours for about a month. It just got her used to sleeping in a different position. Afterward, she was able to sleep without either this or swaddling. My only problem with the sleepsuit was that there were no feet and LO would use the bottom of the suit to kick her socks off. Also, now that it's getting warmer, it may be too hot (even if baby is only in a diaper). We have a sweaty baby.

ETA: It did not make her STTN all of a sudden.

DD sleeps soooooooooooo good in the suit.  She can't sleep without it though, we've been using it for 2.5 months and she does STTN.  We can't even get her to nap without it.  Luckily another bumpie sent me her 6-9 size since her baby outgrew it .

We switched DD to the Sleepsuit because she hated being swaddled, but slept better swaddled, if that makes sense.  While awake, she'd fight the swaddle with all her might, but then she'd fall asleep and sleep soooo well!!

She sleeps just as well in the sleepsuit, but now we have the predicament of how to get her out of that!  I'm currently debating just getting rid of it now or ordering the 6-9 size.

I just ordered one a couple of days ago.  We have swaddled LO from the beginning and have used the Summer infant Swaddle Me's.  But lately she has been getting her hands out of the sides where there is not velcro and wiggling them up to her face.  This is causing all the bundled fabric to bunch around her neck and face which is not cool.

 I hope that the suit will work as well as swaddling for her.  I have been exteremly luck since my LO has been STTN (8-10 hrs) since about 6 weeks.
