I think I love you. I made two of her recipes this week and they were amazing (the Chicken Sausage with escarole, and the asparagus pasta). I'm going for a whole week of skinnytaste this next week. Yum.

I made the sausage pasta with escarole also and it was amazing. I also really liked the Chicken Divan Lightened Up and the Barbacoa Slow Cooker pulled pork (I've made that twice)

So does the pork carnitas and did you know she has a copy cat recipe for their cilantro lime rice?  Skinnytaste is definitely my go to site. 

I made the sausage pasta last night for the second time because DH requested it, he doesn't usually request new recipes I've just tried.  I had baby spinach so I used that instead, delicious!  It reheats well too!
