I know some aren't, and I usually only kind of half-a$$ it because he moves so much throughout the day, but I'm curious about something.
My Dr told me to lay down after eating a meal, and count to 10 movements in an hour, even counting the little stuff.
Sometimes LO will give me three or four quick taps in a row. So movement would go something like:
Kick....pause....stretch...pause....kick-kick-kick...pause...stretch
Do you count the three kicks in a row as one movement, or three?

That's what I've been doing. There are some days where separate counts would have me at 10 movements in about 3 minutes, and I don't think that doing it that way would really do what kick counts are meant for.
