Diarrhea and blow-outs

Give me some of your thoughts ladies..

I *think* DD is either having a bad reaction to a meal we gave her the other night, or she has some sort of bug.

In a 24-hr period, she pooped/had diarrhea 5x. 2 of which were blowouts. 2 days before this started, she had 2 other blowouts.

Why do you think this is? I really don't think it's her diaper size being too small as they fit her great (could it be absorbancy though? I don't know). Is it because she's sick? Eating more? She has no fever and is acting fine. When she has a blowout, it's up the back, not out the legs/bottom.

Thoughts? I'm calling the pedi just because of the sheer number of poops when she normally only has 1/day.

Could be teething.  DS had a horrible week of diarrhea and blow outs the week he cut his two bottom teeth.  Other than that, he acted fine.  No fever and was eating normally.  His stomach cleared up within two days of that tooth coming through.
