Has anyone traveled to Mexico with a 6 Month Old??

I am going to Mexico in 2 weeks and I am not sure exactly what to bring. I need some advice.

 If I am bringing the babies stroller do you think i need to bring her car seat too for when we take a cab??

I would.  You can check your stroller and car seat at the gate and they are not supposed to count as your free checked items.  So it's not much of a hassle.  I've flown with my 6 mo. old though not to mexico.  I've flown into mexico a few times alone though, I don't think it will be any different than a US airport.
