Anyone with the Safety 1st Complete Air?

Sorry if this has already been discussed. Since I've been laid up with my sprained ankle all day, I've had time to do some online car seat research and I think I have decided on the Safety 1st Complete Air. Does anyone out there have the Complete Air or Complete Air 65? Pros? Cons? Are you satisfied with it?How well does it fit into your vehicle (and what do you drive)? TIA!

  • We have one and really like it.  It's not great for a small car.   We own a matrix and DH has to drive it if we are all together.  He can't fit in the passenger seat.  But it won't be long before i can turn him around, he already weighs 22 lbs. it will fit nicely then!

  • We have the complete air 65 and we love it. DD has been in it since she has been 4 months old. We have taken a couple of long trips with it and she seems very comfortable.

I drive a Scion XA- compact car. Super small with little to no room and it fits in the car just fine. However I did have to slide the seats up a bit, but I am only 5'1 so it really doesn't bother me to much. Its really easy to take in and out of the car if need be. You will most likely need a towel or a pool noodle to put under the front of the seat when rear facing to get it to level out correctly but I think that is pretty standard for convertibles.
