I may have figured out how to prolong his 30 minute cat naps!

LO takes 3  25-30 minute cat naps a day.

I can never get him to go longer.

 Well....the other day, he fell alseep in the car for about 15 minutes around the time of his usual nap. I lifted him out of his car seat still alsleep and laid him down in his crib. he slept another 45 minutes..... totalling a full hour!

So...today, I put him down in his crib for nap. 20 minutes into the nap I picked him up asleep and patted him on my shoulder then quickly and gently laid him back down. So far he has been sleeping for 37 minutes which is a record for us here.

Keeping my fingers crossed this works.  I think it may have soemthing to do with resetting his sleep schedule.  Hopefully it works!
