FP Swing Question

I have the little lamb swing and the motor seems so loud when the swing is on....is this normal?

    I don't have your particular swing but I do have a FP swing and I don't find the motor to be any louder than expected.  Are you /does your swing run on batteries or outlet power?

    Oh and I should add I had a GREAT experience dealing with their customer service so I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if you are unhappy..GL
