Is this reflux?

I had a bad stomach virus over the weekend, but all better now.

Now I keep having this hiccuping/small burping action, sometimes as frequent as every 5 minutes. It's a little embarrassing, especially at work. 

Is this reflux? I'm not getting heartburn or any kind of acid reflux type of residue. 

Has this happened to anyone?

someone correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure reflux is when the food content actually comes back up in to your esophagus. sounds like you just have some extra gas in your belly!

Nope, it feels like like acid coming back up. I get it a lot at night, starting to take Tums again.  Laying down is when I get it more, and I try to stay away from mexican food cause that is when I get it more than anything..
