Reason for gas?

My DD seems to be experiencing more gas recently. It seems to be coinciding with a change to medium flow nipples.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    She's probably swallowing more air trying to keep up with the increased flow. She may not be ready yet, but just burping her more often during feedings may help. Gas is a nightmare! GL!
