Ok I was noticing some moms saying their babies hated the bumbo. Ours girl don't scream in it or anything like that but it is very obvious they aren't comfortable. They love to sit straight up in the walker, jumerpoo, exersaucer and just about everything that they sit in assisted but they just aren't feeling the bumbos and honestly they can't sit in them really well.
Did others have this problem? not really a problem, just wondering.
I'm not worried b/c they sit and play in so many other things..
TIA!
Re: All this Bumbo talk..
When the girls had good head control, they would love practicing sitting in them until they got tired. But there was a very brief window of time that my girls liked sitting in their Bumbos. Once they were able to get the least bit mobile, they didn't like being confined in it, and seemed to get bored easily. I too think they just couldn't get comfortable in them, but mostly they just had other things they'd rather be doing.
Overall, I'm happy we had them for the short period of time that they liked them. But I wouldn't pay full price for them again (we bought 1 new, and 1 used). They're worth borrowing from someone, or maybe purchasing them used.
