birth doula

Hi ladies, 

     I am planning on doing a natural birth, and we really want to hire a doula to help us through labor.  Does anyone have experience with a great doula in the area or know of anyone who has that they could recommend. I live in Dillsburg, and will be delivering at harrisburg hospital.  thank you for your time!

I'm sorry I didn't catch your post earlier, but I would highly recommend April Stambaugh - she's well known at Pinnacle and is extremely respected there.  In addition, she's attended over 400 births, so she knows her stuff!  I've had a number of friends use her, and we hired her as well for the birth of our LO.  Her number is 717-896-3159 and her e-mail address is fahams@aol.com.  Good luck!
