Ouch! Cramps!

Lately I have been having cramps in my legs and feet. Friends have told me to try eating bananas. But man do they hurt! Any other suggestions?

  • Along with the bananas, try drinking more water.  Could be dehydration.

  • One of my yoga teachers suggested drinking OJ while eating a banana... apparently that really helps the potassium get into your body. Can't vouch for it personally, but worth a shot! And definitely increase water. Good luck! I hope it eases for you.

  • Stretching before bed and first thing in the morning has helped my cramping!
