Infant swim class in/ near Orange?

Hi!  I have a seven-month old daughter, and I'd love to get started with some basic Mommy-and-me swim classes.  I work full time, so weekends would be the time to do it!  Have any of you had any experience with local swim classes?  What should I expect to pay?  Any recommendations?

  • When I started looking it seemed like the places in Orange did not offer many weekend classes.

We attend Waterworks in Irvine. They have many class times and a great facility. Weekends are a bit crowded and loud, but my little guy started around 7 months and is loving it!

I have also heard good things about Julie at Aquatic Fox. She teaches lessons out of a home in Tustin.

    Good Luck!

  • Thanks so much for the tip!  I'm going to check out both of them!  Smile

  • we took a parent and me class at atlantis aquatics in huntington beach/westminster and if you go only once a week, it's free with a one time $25 registration fee.  They have sat. day morning/noon classes.  It's not indoors but is tented and they keep the pool 90 degrees  We've taken classes with Brianna and Chris and they are both great.  7 months is a great age to start...
  • We also love Vanessa at Waterworks but I heard Blue Buoy in Tustin is good and not as far from you.
