I never really liked the name. However, my SIL named her little boy Preston and it has grown on me- I think it sounds fine with Landon and Gavin, so I would say go for it it!
Love it. I dated a Preston middle school, so it's off the list. He was the sweetest guy, though!
It's sophisticated, but I don't think it comes off as too stuffy. It might be nice, though, to break up the two-syllable-boys-names-ending-in-n pattern.
I don't mind Preston. It is a little on the "preppy" side, and it also reminds me of Preston Manning (Canadian politician), but it's not horrible. I think it goes well with Landon and Gavin.
I really like it. I knew a Preston when I was young and he was so sweet. But our LN ends in -ston, so it doesn't work unless we want our kid to sound like a law firm.
Re: Thoughts on the name Preston
Yeah, thats what we were thinking too...
Another boy on the way!

Too contrived for my taste...like you're trying too hard (think Britney Spears).
Psh, too preppy for Landon and Gavin? I think it fits right in.
This name is NMS, but I think it works great with your other sons' names. If you guys like it, go for it!
Agreed.
