Why does it matter if its 5 letters or 2 syllables?
I honestly don't like any of the names. Too old school.
Just something I'm playing with.
I like old school names; my daughter's name is old school and if I picked a trendy name, it would sound asinine with my daughter's name. Like your daughter's name makes me shudder a little like all of the other aiden names, but I chalk it up to different strokes for different folks.

I do hate some of the aiden names like Kaiden, Aiden, Jaiden. I picked Hayden cause we thought it was unique haha. around here it is but I guess in some places its popular.
If you want an old school name that will flow well with Edith, I would look at some Irish names, not too common in the states but still have a classic feel to them without being sounding too biblical, that's how I ended up with DS's first and middle names.
ETA: out of your choices, Adlai is what I like best

My niece's name is Edith, and I love it! It's good to see it again on a child.
I picked Abram.. I like it alot!

not a fan of any
Moses is a great name for a large breed dog, IMO.
Otherwise, of your choices, I'd stick with Abram.
