Need paypal/etsy help

I am so stupid. I always forget to check reviews before I buy something on Etsy. I ordered some stuff on Tuesday. I still haven't heard from the seller. I e-mailed on Saturday through Etsy and nothing. Does anyone know how long I have to give before I ask paypal to get a refund?

Of course after I have a problem I look at reviews and there are 2 negatives for super slow shipping and no communication. At this point I just want my money back and I'll order it from somewhere else because I need it next weekend.

Can you cancel the payment through paypal? Other than that, I've got nothing. Sorry.

You can email Etsy and it will be refunded. I had to do that before.
