Carseat Head Support

We received a JJ Cole Head Supporter for infants as a gift recently. We have the Chicco Keyfit and I was curious if this will be necessary or if it is even safe to use. I remember seeing a post the other day about body supporters being unsafe and it got me thinking! The packaging warns that it shouldn't "interfere" with the carseats safety guidelines. I plan on asking when I get the carseat checked at the fire dept but was wondering if any of you ladies knew about these! Thank you!

    The keyfit has its own infant insert, so you shouldn't need it! I'd take it back and get something you really need.

    it may not "interfere" but apparently it will affect the warranty on your car seat...

    take it back and get something useful
