"Are you getting excited?"

Every time I talk to my mom she asks me this question. Today, I finally responded, "No." 

WTF - of course we're excited, I just don't do cartwheels about everything.  God love her, my mom is one of those over the top excited people and I'm seriously more mellow.

Everyone on the planet asks me this question.  To me, it is even worse than "how are you feeling?"

it was like that right before our wedding too. I'm also getting sick of "how are you feeling?" I'm 40 weeks pregnant, that's how I'm feeling.

"God, can you just have that baby already" or "Hurry up and have that baby"

or how about - " is your DH getting excited?"   i should say "NO! as if he is...it was a mistake and he's not the father so he's already told me i'm on the street when LO comes!"

My SO is the worst of all! He says that at least twice a day. Buddy, you're not getting up 100x a night to pee, you can still see your toes, your lungs aren't being squished, your clothes still fit, and you can walk like a human!

Yes!  Why does everyone keep asking that??  And the how are you feeling?  The other question that is starting to bug me is "Do you have the nursery all ready?"  I get asked that every single time!  I don't know why that one bugs me.  Maybe I'll say "Well we were gonna wait til LO is older so she can pick out her own crib and paint and stuff".  And the other one I get all the time "I bet you're ready to be done!".  Um yep.

Add to all of these- "So you've gotten big haven't you?"  or "Are you expecting?"  Nope.  Just swallowed a basketball.
