Those on Fenugreek

I just started taking Fenugreek to help my supply.  I have been exclusivly pumping, but DS is needing more.  Can you tell me how long it took to "kick in?"  It has been three days and I have not really seen a difference yet.  Thanks!

I saw a difference within a day, but I've read that it can take a couple of weeks.  Does your milk smell maple syrupy?  That's how you know you've saturated your system with it.
