30 week appointment

So i had my 30 week appointmnet on friday - I'm measuring spot on, baby's HR is 140, my BP is 90 / 50 and everything seems to be going well!!

 

I have the Step B test at 36 weeks which i thought was quite late..... I also haven't had any internals yet - when do these normally start?

I asked my MW about travelling 7hours at 34 weeks for my Best Friends Wedding and she wasn't super keen but has said that we'll see how i'm tracking on the morning that we had planned to leave, and to just take it easy and be sure to know the locations of hospitals on the way.....

all in all it was a good appointmnet  - i can't believe i have them every 2 weeks from now on!!!!! home stretch here we come!

glad you had a great appt. I go for mine tomorrow. I was wondering when they start internals too. I've had one but that was at the specialist.

I just asked over on 3rd tri - it seems internals don't start untill 36 weeks and sometimes until labor!

whats crazy is that I had read they are really uncomfortable but when my MFM checked 6 weeks ago it was nothing. Quick and easy.

My OB starts internals and weekly appointments at 36 weeks. GBS screen is also done at 36 weeks at my clinic.

Yay for a good 30 week appointment!
