Crock Pot "Dilemma" CP

Hey Ladies!

Hope everyone has had a good weekend so far!  I have kinda been MIA lately as I've been pretty busy with preparations for my upcoming wedding. Yesterday was my bridal shower, and I was given two crockpots! One from Walmart, and one from Bed Bath and Beyond.

The Walmart Crock Pot is bigger and will serve 9 people. It has a warm setting you can set it on, and is dishwasher safe. It is known as the classic version.

The Bed Bath and Beyond Crock Pot is just a little smaller, and will serve 6 or 7 people. It has an automatic Warm setting that it switches too once time is up and is also dishwasher safe. It also has a digital countdown clock. I really like the digital time display.

I love my crock pot with the automatic timer.  Food doesn't get burned or dried out.

I'd keep the BB&B one, I am a sucker for digital things.

I would definitely keep them both!  You never know if/ when one will break and as mentioned for one of your poll answers they will come in handy for holidays or get togethers!

This is true too...I think it is just me but I have gone through three...lol.

I say keep them both!  I have 3 crockpots, all different sizes.  It's nice because sometimes I need the largest one, but other times I just have a small roast or a dish that doesn't take up as much room.  When the amount of food is less than the crockpot can hold, I find that it burns or cooks faster or just doesn't turn out as nice in the bigger crockpots.

If storage isn't an issue and you think you will use them often, I would vote keep both!  Otherwise, you could exchange one for something else you wanted but didn't get at your shower.  I think with crock pots, even the cheaper ones still work really well, so if I were only going to keep one, I would probably return the one to BB&B since they have such an easy return process for registry items and since it probably cost more.

I wish I had more than one.  Different sizes are terrific for parties.

I voted for keeping the BBB one but now I'm thinking keeping both (if you have the room) would be great. I wish a had a crockpot exclusively for cooking beans!
