Our daughters middle name has to be Linda, its family name but I am struggling with what sounds good with it, would love anyone's opinions.
1. Charlotte Linda
2. Addison Linda
3. Ava Linda
4. Grace Linda
Also, do you think you HAVE to know the name ahead of time, or is it okay to go to the hospital with a few names in mind? My fear is that if I do not decide and we go with more than one name, I will make a rash choice and then regret or wish I used one of my other favorites!!
Naming is SO stressful!!
Re: what sounds best with the middle name Linda?
is it true you just "know" when you meet them? I am just terrified I am going to go with one name, and then a week later look at her and wish I called her the other!
I am one of those totally indecisive people, luckily my husband isnt so I have a feeling he will be the final call but I want to really think about it so I do not make a choice based on being tired and emotional!
(two if the names on the list are his favs, and two are mine!)

Charlotte Linda sounds the best to me.
I wouldn't stress too much about not having a name chosen before going to the hospital.
None of them do honestly.
I do love the names Ava and Grace.
Agreed. Of the names, Charlotte is the best in terms of flow. Ava Linda just... doens't go at all.
And you don't need to have the name picked out ahead of time. Naming is hard, honestly. DH and I had names all decided on early on... then when we found out she was a girl for certain it suddenly became more real and we started second guessing! We went in pretty sure we were going to use Vivian, but had our backup names there just in case.
vivienne is a doll!! she is adorable!!!!
I know Addison is super popular but in this case I really like it.
The other names seem too short to me to flow with Linda. That said, they're all pretty names and using your middle is rare so it's not a big deal.
It's perfectly fine to go to the hospital with a list of names you love. That's our plan. I figure I love all the names on the list and they're all faves, so I can't go wrong!
I think I like Addison the best only because I feel like a 3 syllables or more FN flows better with Linda.
