DH blows me away sometimes!

Yesterday he told me I had a "present" waiting on the table for when I got home. I figured it was some sort of April Fools joke.

 Nope!

We'd been talking about getting me a pregnancy pillow of some sort, and he went out yesterday, and bought me a pregnancy wedge. 

Here's the kicker: He's been planning this for two weeks now. Every night when he came upstairs, he's been looking at what position I'm sleeping in. He went into a baby store BY HIMSELF, and actually discussed with the saleslady what the best option would be for the pillow. 

I would also like to point out that this wasn't your typical BRU-type store. It's an independent, locally-owned store. "Organic" is really the best word I can think of - it's full of naturally-treated wood toys, natural-ingredient ointments, and has an entire section dedicated to cloth diapers. It overwhelmed ME the first time I went in, and DH braved it all alone.

Last night was the best might's sleep I've had in weeks!

I'm SO happy he did this, and got the wedge, and not a snoogle or something.

I had no clue a little 12"x12" wedge of foam could make such a huge difference. Plus, without needing a full-sized pillow on each side, DH fits in the bed again!

It's those moments that just really confirm to you that you're with the right person isn't it?  My DH has always been a doll but he's really gone above and beyond since I've been PG.  We got home so late last night and he was exhausted because he hasn't been feeling well and I went to get in bed and he was like "uh uh uh, it's massage night".  He spent 30 minutes massaging me so I could sleep well.  

Yay for amazing guys!

Definitely confirms it for me!

I sometimes read the vent posts, and wonder how I could be so lucky to end up with a guy like mine. It seems like there's more d-bags than there are nice guys!
