Good dress shoes for pregnancy

I am starting my fieldwork for school, so I will be in classrooms, tennis shoes are not an option, so I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on comfortable but dressy shoes? Right now all I have are 5 inch heels that I will not be wear while pregnant, lol.

  • How about some good quality flats? I have a pair of black flats that are super comfy!

  • I usually wear Sofft brand heels...so comfortable!  They're not cheap, but I think it's worth it.

Agree with PP on the flats.  I wear Blowfish shoes a lot, and they have tons of different styles.  Maybe not dressy enough if you're used to wearing 5" heels though.

  • Crocs actually makes heels.  I am intrigued by them considering the # of formal bridal showers and wedding I have to attend while very pregnant.

  • I have a pair of Cole Haan flats that have the Nike insoles. They were pricey, but are insanely comfortable and supportive. Worth every penny.

  • I wear Aerosoles flats and wedges and I love them. I still wear heels occaisionally, but not usually during they summer when I can wear sandals. Its officially summer here now (we kinda skip spring), so I won't be wearing heels very often.

These are awesome, and sometimes I have seen that at my local Marshall's or TJ Maxx.  I also think some dressy flats are cute, esp. for the spring and summer.

I agree with this.  I don't cheap out on shoes.  I'm still able to wear my jimmy choo heels now, and I plan on wearing them until my feet are absolutely too swollen to fit in them (if that ever happens!)... They're still comfy and I only wear them when I go out, so it's not like it's a big deal.

Dear God, Since I couldn't hold my little one in my lap and tell him about you, could you hold him in your lap and tell him about me?
