Friday Workout/Activity Check In

How did your week go ladies? Were you are active as you hoped? Plans for the weekend to get moving?

Sorry, I didn't get enough sleep last night so I have no brain power to think up a lame health question today. lol

  • Wednesday: 10 minute walk with dog and 45 minute walk in the afternoon

    Thursday: 10 minute walk with the dog. That was it, appointment after work so no time.

    Friday: Eh.... I have a feeling I wont get anything done today. No walking the dog, it's raining, and I am so over tired I will probably just crash after work.

    Weekend: Hopefully walks everyday. Its supposed to be 50 both day! YAY! And some walking around while shopping... I have a 30% off kohls coupon burning a hole in my pocket =)

  • Wed - prenantal yoga

    Thurs - walked around a car dealership for a half hour

    Fri - prenatal yoga if I am feeling up to it

    Sat - going on the hospital tour so probably lots of walking there and home to do the wii fit 

    Sun - nothing, I've got a bridal shower to go to that is taking up most of my day & then we're having dinner at my parents.

  • monday - off

    tuesday - bike 45 mins

    wednesday - bike 30 mins

    thursday - bike 45 mins

    i'm hoping to do something tonight too, if i'm not to tired :)

  • Sunday-- 40 minutes on the elliptical + shopping

    Wednesday-- 40 minutes of light aerobic activity (not sure what to call it...just got my ipod on and danced/moved/conditioned for 40 minutes)

    Friday-- 40 minutes of light aerobic activity

    Saturday-- Plan to go to the gym and do 40 minutes on the elliptical

  • i'm finally going to take my behind back to the gym today!! woot! pre-pregnancy i went twice a week at lunch time but then i got lazy and was exhausted during first tri so i didnt go at all. i told my hubby last night that i was packing my gym and his response was "but you're pregnant" LMAO! i plan on just walking today to ease back into things but i'm actually excited to go.

  • Wednesday: Pilates

    Thursday: Doctor's appointment and painting (so no real workout)

    Tonight: The plan is to do some Pilates or a Prenatal cardio/weight training video

    Saturday: Zumba!!!

    Sunday: Whichever is not done tonight will be done on Sunday :)
