Pregnant after 35
XP: single umbilical artery/Hyperchoic bowel/Hydronephrosis??
Hi ladies, long-time retired veteran of the bump and now I'm back and 17 weeks pg. Had my 2nd U/S yesterday and they found all of the above. I was wondering if any of you were given the same diagnosis during your pregnancy and what the results were. We are trying to gain more information and our heads are spinning from all this bad news. Thanks very much in advance...

Welcome back and congrats. I don't have personal experience with this but my friend just had her 4th daughter and she had only one umbilical artery. She had to go once a week for closer monitoring to make sure the baby was growing. She had her about 2.5 weeks ago and both mother and baby are fine. GL and hope you get answers soon.
