Placenta Previa update....

hi ladies!

I had my normal doctor's appointment yesterday -- baby sounded fabulous (158 heart rate) and all my symptoms (severe back pain, leg cramps almost daily, swelling, vagina pain, heartburn) are all normal.

I've been going for ultrasounds every 4 weeks due to partial placena previa -- it hasn't moved yet. Finally, I got the answer I thought I would recieve yesterday.

I have one more chance (April 20th), otherwise we will be scheduling a C-Section for 38 weeks so I don't go into labor.

HOLY MOLY! I had already come to terms with a possible C-Section but to hear it out loud was really insane (and exciting) -- that means in 8 1/2 weeks, I will have my baby!! (Well - unless it moves but the doctor seemed to think I was on track for it to stay).

So that's that

If we can pick a date, we're going with June 1st... I can't imagine having a May baby! (May 30th is actually 38 weeks) - plus 6/1/11 is an easy bday to remember. haha!

Sorry it hasn't moved. How far away is it or is it partially covering it still. I had marginal previa and will have a U/S in two weeks to see if it has moved. I am hoping so. I am reallly sick of pelvic rest.
