So Callie goes from dead to yelling about her baby and looking like normal in the very next episode?

I need to just stop watching.  I keep saying I am, but it is a train wreck.

    Is the next episode actually airing next week? I got so confused when they just said 'thursdays 9pm etc' and not a specific date
