XP: When you pump...

do you use a hands free bra, hold it, use a Boppy....? When I bought my pump, the lady was telling me to use my Boppy to make things easier until my hands free bra comes in... but I tried that tonight and I can't see how that would ever work. Just wondering how others are doing it.

I sit there and hold the cones on ..fun stuff.

I'm not a full time pumper though.

I bought (and love) my medela handsfree halter. It has made things easier for me and I tend to pump a little longer since I am free to read/close my eyes/etc.

I was using a hands free bra - but then saw the hair band trick, tried it and haven't touched my hands free bra since.  It's SO much easier since I don't have to keep taking that bra on and off.

I use the PumpEase bra and before that would use an old sports bra with holes cut out where my nipples are.

I used to hold them before I learned about hands free bras, I got the simple wishes one and it changed my life. I EP so it has made a HUGE impact on my day.
