I took a fasting glucose test today at doctors.  When I got home from work tonight there was a message on my machine from the office to call them back!!    Can't be good. 

Can anyone tell me what might happen next??

That doesn't mean anything.  By law (HIPPA?), they can't leave you a message with any sort of medical information--good or bad.  Just try not to worry, get a good night's sleep, and call them back tomorrow.
