Introducing formula into LO diet?

LO has been on breast milk, but I'm going to decrease my pumping because I'm going back to work soon.  It will just be to much stress to continue pumping.  How much formula should I mix with the breast milk at first?

I breastfeed and then give LO anywhere between 1 and 2 ounces of formula.  The pedi told me should should be getting about 4 ounces at feedings, she is 6 weeks old.

I just started this a few days ago...I give K 2 oz of breastmilk and then 2oz of formula mixed. But you start with only two of his feeding that way according to the pedi...and gradually get all his feedings mixed.

Then you start making the transition to just formula by replacing the mixed by one or two bottles every few days until they are all replaced.

She did tell me that i wanted to save the feeding that when he wakes up in the morning to be the last one replaced bc its better for him to wake up to breastmilk then formula...
