what were some of your infants favorite toys? I have a couple amazon coupons that expire tonight that I'm trying to use and would like any input from you ladies.
Thanks!

I ins all the Lamaze toys... They're great! Happy shopping!

Fisher Price 123 Grow with me Snail. It has a mirror on it and plays music, it was great for tummy time. She still loves it now! I'll definately be holding on to that one for #2.
The remote control, his Dad's work badge, and my keys. lol
Favorite things that can be bought at a toy store: Wedgits (special plastic block things. very cool), any kid version of an adult object, like toy tools or kitchen equipment, and as a baby he loooooved this elaborate floor gym with tons of toys that hung over him and had a center piece that lit up and played music.

Ifyou get it beware tons of reviews point out the choking hazard and one person on my 3-6 board had their daughter choke.. just supervise the use.. done with my PSA
That being said.. dd didn't like a lot of toys honestly.. she still doesn't play with many.. we had some bear that was stuffed but the hands and feet were flat and plastic she loved to chew on..not sure on the name I think my IL got it at dollar general.
ETA: she does however love keys remotes badges and the formula lids..
The playmat was the best investment for us. We would get creative and hang different toys & mirrors in various positions and change it up every so often. She loved that thing and was so intrigued. As she got older, I'd prop stuffed animals around one side and she'd stare at them too. Then, when she could hold her head up, I'd put her in the bumbo and sit her in front of the arch with all the toys. She'd reach for things and examine them. Love, love, love the play mat!!

This exactly! Sophie is expensive, but it is the best teether/lovie you'll buy. When DS was in the hospital having surgery, Sophie was his constant companion. She's way more than a teether to him And I love the Lamaze toys too. DS is particularly fond of the "octotunes" toy, and as a music teacher so am I

DS is the only baby I have ever heard of who didn't like Sophie. And I got two of them for gifts, go figure. He really liked (s) the seahorse glow in the dark thing. Really helped him get to sleep. Also, the Fisher Price ball popper when he was about 6 months. LOVED IT

Re: second time moms-infants favorite toys?
DS likes the Lamaze toys, links, and his rainforest jumperoo.
Links were the best $4 I've spent so far
