you've gone to bed (not a nap but for the night)?

Before this, I always went to bed at 10 but now it is more like 830 but tonight 7 is looking very tempting.

    A couple weeks ago I came home from school, went to bed for a "nap" around 4:30pm...and basically slept until my alarm went off at 6 the next morning!

    Last weekend, we had DS's first birthday party and we were so exhausted that both DH and I went to bed at 8 PM. I slept till about 9 AM the next morning.

    I can't believe I'm up this late - this is the first time I've bumped after work in forever!  I usually fall asleep on the couch at 7pm then stumble to bed around 10 and sleep until 6:30am!

    Usually I'm showered around 8:30 and I'm in bed by 9 at the latest. The earliest I've went to bed was 8.
