until Patrick will be making his appearance. After all these contractions I've been having, I was only a fingertip dilated...but my OB went ahead and manually dilated me to a 1...ouch!  He was trying to strip my membranes but couldn't quite get to them. So I will have an NST and biophysical profile on Tuesday, get checked again, and then will be admitted Thursday night to start oral medication, start pitocin Friday morning, and should have a baby by that night!. 8 days! Big Smile

    Well now THAT is exciting!! It feels good to have a timeline doesn't it? I was given an induction date and for some reason it made it more real.

    That's what the doc did for me today. Manually made me bigger. Holy mother it hurt for me and I was 1 1/2cm now a 2 according to her stretching so I can only imagine how painful it was for you being barely dilated. You have my sympathy. But I hear ya about knowing when there coming makes it more real.
