post HSG pain? anybody else?

So I had my HSG on Tuesday (all clear, weeeeeeeeeeeee!!) and the hubs and I got down last night to take advantage of the open lanes, and all day today I have been having this KILLER pain in my right ovary. Like cramps x10. It's nothing that I'm really concerned about, but I'm just wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience? Thanks!

My HSG was yesterday and I certainly felt very crampy then, but it has subsided a lot today. I hope yours feels better soon!

No major cramping for me, just a bit of spotting. Maybe you are ovulating from your right side?
